He Led Several Companies as Chairman ( Afrasiana Petroleum  Sibco Group, Jubba Valley Corporation,  Jubba Valley Investment and Development Company Ltd, South-South International Trade promotion Centre Africa).

 

Former Elected Member of  Somalia Parliament, member of Somalia Parliamentary Committee for economic And natural resources,  Former Minister of Petroleum and Energy of Somalia.

Born in Kenya  had his Early Education

A Manager with more than 20 years’ experience in top management; His expertise lies in agricultural investments where He have consulted for local and international clients on tea production and sugar cane farming, Tomato farming, Small scale out grower mobilization sensitization and production.

His awards include: Moran of the Burning Spear by His Excellency, Mwai Kibaki for pio-neering varietals replication studies on sugar cane growing in Tana River. Over and above, I possess an excellent record of initiat-ing and leading turnaround growth strategies in to successes and achievements.

 

He led as Group Managing Director several Companies in Kenya such Sasini Limited, DI Group, Tana and Athi River Development Authority, Riverine Invests limited , Sirikwa Motors, Mat International Sugar limited, Sitwet Consultants agribusiness  

DATUK MUHAMMAD FEISOL BIN HAJI HASSAN… MEMBER

Born in Malaysia  He completed his bachelor of Arts in University of Malayu and Doploma of Government Administration in Manchester University UK

Datuk. Muhammad Feisol Bin Haji Hassan served as the Chief Executive Officer of Rakyat First Merchant Bankers Berhad . He served as a Civil Servant, a Merchant Banker and an Industrialist. He served in the Government for 26 years and held positions of responsibility in the Local, State and Federal Governments. He involved in district and land Administration, Personnel, Financial Planning and management and policy implementation. He was a Merchant Banker for five years.

Datuk. Bin Haji Hassan has contributed extensively in social and community services and in the field of sports, social clubs and association. At Federal level, he had served the Ministries of Home Affairs, Information, Prime Minister’s Department and National & Rural Development. He Founded and served as Vice President of the Malaysian German Business Group (now known as the Malaysian German Chamber of Commerce Industry), where he held the position of the Vice President and the President of the Chamber. He has been the Chairman of LCTH Corp. Bhd. He was in the manufacturing industry for six years and served as Executive Chairman of Wembly Rubber Products (M) Sdn Bhd. He is in semi-retirement and sits on board of a number of companies both local and multinational from International Islamic University Malaysia Holdings and its Group of Companies, Maersk Sealand Shipping Group and Maersk Malaysia Sdn Bhd. Datuk. Bin Haji Hassan served as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Bina Darulaman Berhad
